General Inspection Intervals
Standard Household/Low-Frequency Use:Conduct a comprehensive inspection every 6 months, in accordance with standard maintenance protocols.
General Automotive Repair/Industrial Use: The comprehensive inspection interval must not exceed 12 months; additionally, an inspection is required immediately after 200 cumulative operations-whichever comes first.
Type-Specific Inspection Intervals
Mechanical Screw-Type Trailer Jacks: Due to their structural characteristics, a comprehensive inspection and calibration is recommended every 6 months.
Single-Cylinder Hydraulic Trailer Jacks: The standard comprehensive inspection interval is 12 months.
Multi-Cylinder Hydraulic Trailer Jacks: The comprehensive inspection interval must be shortened to 6 months.
Adjustments for Special Scenarios
Heavy-Load/High-Frequency Use (e.g., construction sites, frequent towing/recovery operations): Increase the comprehensive inspection frequency to once per quarter.
Harsh Operating Environments (dusty, high-humidity, or highly corrosive areas): Shorten the inspection interval further relative to the standard schedule to prevent component failure due to rust or corrosion.
